Horizon Features
The Horizon frame is built from heavy duty steel which facilitates high speeds and
smooth production cycles. Its large column with thrust ball bearing provides registration
stability and long life. Its small footprint accommodates tight spaces.
The pneumatic indexer contains a hydraulic shock absorber that is air cooled for superior running efficiency and durability in a wide range of operating conditions. The heavy duty linear bearings are easily accessible for maintenance.
The main control panel has a digital microprocessor that is easy to program for fast set-ups. It rotates 340 degrees for easy access at any station, and is programmable for:
- self-diagnostic features
- automatic sequential start/finish functions
- multiple print strokes for each head
- sample print feature to print one shirt automatically
- dwell times to adjust cycling speed/cool down time
- full flash programming including dwell
- the screen displays print count and speed (dozens/hr)
Individual print head controls perform the following functions:
- print speed
- flood speed
- screen clamping
- squeegee pressure
The tool-less adjustments include:
- gauged, front/rear stroke adjustments that are easy to slide into lock/unlock positions
- gauged, click-type squeegee/flood bar knobs that provide operator friendly depth adjustments in .005 increments
- gauged, squeegee/flood bar angle adjustments that allows single-handed locking in a 0 – 30 degree range, marked in 5 degree increments
- 3-point micro registration enables quick and accurate screen positioning - front to back, left to right, and rotational
- gauged, click-type central off-contact precisely adjusts all print stations simultaneously with a 0 to 3/8 inch range by .005 increments
- a protective nylon guard shields rod cylinders from glue, sprays, inks, and solvents
- quick-release squeegee/flood bars snap in and out with the flip of a lever for load and lock operation
- front loading screens make for quick changeover and maximum productivity
