The Stratus automatic screen printing machine is available in 6-, 8-, 10-, and 12-color models, with a maximum image area of 16" x 18" and  pallet size of 16" x 22". Engineered for longevity, the Stratus, which is compatible with most screen printing machine registration systems, features a heavy-duty steel frame to support high speeds and smooth production cycles. The large column with thrust ball bearings and the low profile side-screen holders allow for precise registration stability and ink loading.

Standard features like independent squeegee and flood bar speed adjustments, adjustable side screen holders, independently set angle and calibrated pressure adjustments, and independent (print head) print, reset, and print/flood speed controls allow for ease of use, rapid set up and change over. Additionally, pneumatic clamps help hold the Stratus screen printing machine's frames tight -- allowing for rapid screen loading.
