Our engineers have paid close attention to heat profiling, developing an exclusive split-air delivery system makes the Mariah series the most energy efficient in its class-reducing gas consumption by as much as 26% over other major brands. Our superior heat profile design extends straight across the length of the entire heat chamber eliminating the need for infrared boosting panels. Our unrivaled design and quality ensures temperature consistency inside the dryer.
The Mariah series features an adjustable infeed/outfeed opening, a wide teflon-coated fiberglass belt, and control panel that uses the latest technology. User-friendly membrane control panel with a large LCD display provide superior ease-of-use for the operator. Module temperatures and belt speed is digitally set from the control panel. Start-up and shutdown procedures are available for the operator to manage. Up to nine memory settings provide the operator the ability for the dryer temperature to be set for different types of garments, chamber temperatures, and belt speed. The operator can duplicate the correct setting by simply recalling the set parameters.
Mariah series dryers are ideal for curing garments printed with plastisol or other screen-printing inks such as water-based inks.
