The Anatol Rapid Wave CS is a new unit that mounts in-between print heads to allow 20" x 18" flashing without losing a print head (serve indexer is required). The lamps on the Rapid Wave CS are positioned in a more compact manner and utilize the servo technology to move the substrate back-and-forth under the flash unit--offering better efficiency and less power consumption (43A). This offering is unique to the textile print industry.

The Rapid Wave CS not only ensures optimal curing in a compact solution but also features a substrate cooling system to help eliminate a cooling station (needed in most typical printing applications). The Rapid Wave CS is linked in to the main control panel of Anatol automatics to enable the Rapid Wave CS and the servo indexer to work together.
