The Color Magic: The Best Four-Color Flatbed in the Textile Business
The Color Magic is an affordable, feature-rich, high-performance, four-color process flatbed graphic press that offers extraordinary print quality on virtually all substrates, including posters, banners, vinyl, glass, metal, and display panels. This press allows operators to add pressure to the center of the squeegee and flood bar--ensuring uniform print weight over the image area.
The Color Magic allows operators to store print parameters like peel ratio, dwell time, and start and duration times for different projects. These settings can be recalled later for repeat jobs or for jobs requiring similar settings--significantly reducing setup times.
Standard features include tool-free four-corner off contact settings for quick and accurate screen leveling, a gear-driven peel system, a servo-driven print carriage that keeps the ink in the print area, no- limit switches, and maintenance-free, servo electric motors with variable-frequency to ensure smooth, precise operation. Advanced operator controls make the Color Magic easy to operate. The Color Magic provides up-front control of the quiet, high-volume vacuum system. Vacuum and blowback are each independent and adjustable.
