After having a manual press, when it was time to purchase an automatic we wanted a press with a lot of color capabilities. We maxed-out our 6 color manual so we started shopping for automatics. We spent a considerable amount of time researching manufacturers by checking out literature and visiting with them at trade shows. When it came time to make a selection, we felt that dollar for dollar and feature for feature, we got the best press for the money. We wanted a press that could handle a lot of simulated process and half tones. Anatol Equipment passes the test with flying colors.
- Trident JUMBO 40x50 – 10 station, 8 colors
- Stratus II 14 station, 12 color
I’ve had the Stratus II for about 5 years now and the Trident for over 2 years.
I really like the side clamps and lockable Anatol-style pallets. The clamps hold their registration very well and the pallets are extremely easy to remove. The thing that I like most about Anatol Equipment is that they are very reliable machines. Over the five years that I have owned the press, I’ve only lost about two days worth of production time. They work all day, everyday. Not only does Anatol make a high-quality product, but it backs it with high-quality technicians that are very skilled and committed to quickly resolving any issues that you may have.
The service department over at Anatol Equipment is really top-notch. Adam, in my opinion, is one of the best techs out there. He is always available and always answers any question that I may have. On the rare occasion that he can’t answer a question, he always gets back to me in a timely fashion and I really appreciate that.
When we were researching who to purchase our first automatic from, we heard a lot of rumors from different sources in regards to Anatol Equipment. Two automatics later, I’m here to tell all of you that those rumors were nothing more than unethical approaches from other manufacturer’s sales departments. Anatol is the real deal.
