The Horizon Mini is a full featured entry level automatic screen printing press that takes up the same space as a manual press yet has all the features of a high level automatic. As an option, the base will come apart so that it will comfortably fit through a regular door.

Outside diameter for the 6 station model is only 8’3” and for the 8 station model 9’4”

Engineered for longevity, the main structure, screen printing heads and platen arms are solid welded construction of thick wall metal, mechanical steel plate tubing resulting in unsurpassed durability.

The Horizon Mini  is available in 4-, 5-, 6-, 7 color models, with a maximum image area of 16" x 16", a Maximum Frame Size of 20” x 28” and a maximum pallet size of 16" x 22".  The Horizon Mini can also be retrofitted at the time of order for special applications such as printing on promotional bags.

The pneumatic indexer contains a hydraulic shock absorber that is air cooled for superior running efficiency and durability in a wide range of operating conditions. The heavy duty linear bearings are easily accessible for maintenance. Durable linear bearings are easily accessible for maintenance.

Safety bars between each print head-quickly snap into home position after head set up functions are complete.

• Servo indexing provides for a very noticeable smoother, faster and quieter indexing which promotes faster production rates and a much quieter environment for machine operators
• AC driven print heads are available on units with servo indexer. Must be factory installed and cannot be retrofitted. AC heads provide increased power and control of the print and flood strokes. They are an optimal choice when using dense inks or for high-end work where maintaining consistent speed across the entire stroke length is crucial.
• Individual Off Contact Simply turn IHOC knobs a specific number of clicks to individually control the off contact on any head. Purchase for one, all or any number of specific heads.
• Squeegee Pressure Regulator provides exact squeegee pressure control.
• Foot Pedal Control for control of both auto and manual index modes
