The Stratus: All You Need To Do A Quality Work
The fast, affordable Stratus offers a surprising host of options and unsurpassed flexibility at an equally surprising price point. The Stratus is built on proven Anatol technology providing incredible reliability day in and day out.
The Stratus is available in 6-, 8-, 10-, and 12-color models, with a maximum image area of 16" x 18" and a maximum pallet size of 16" x 22". Engineered for longevity, the Stratus, which is compatible with most registration systems, features a heavy-duty steel frame to support high speeds and smooth production cycles. The large column with thrust ball bearings and the low profile side-screen holders allow for precise registration stability and ink loading.
The Stratus also offers reliable print power that supports even the most demanding job requirements. Standard features like independent squeegee and flood bar speed adjustments, adjustable side screen holders, independently set angle and calibrated pressure adjustments, and independent (print head) print, reset, and print/flood speed controls allow for ease of use, rapid set up and change over. Additionally, pneumatic clamps help hold the Stratus’ frames tight -- allowing for rapid screen loading.

TOOL-LESS ADJUSTMENTS
- Gauged, front/rear stroke adjustment-easily slides into lock/unlock positions
- Gauged, click-type squeegee/flood bar knobs-provides operator-friendly depth adjustment
- Gauged, squeegee/flood bar angle adjustment-allows single-handed locking in a 0º-30º range, marked in 5º increments
- Three-point micro registration-provides quick and accurate screen positioning (front-to-back, left-to-right, and rotational movement)
- Gauged, click-type central off-contact-precisely adjusts all print pallets simultaneously and allows 0-3/8 inch range by .005 increments per click
QUICK RELEASE SYSTEMS
- Squeegee/flood bars-snap in and out with the flip of a lever for load and lock operation
- Pallet locking systems--load and lock with one lever (also offerered in slide-style mounting system)
- Front loading screens for maximum productivity, impeccable registration and simple screen slide out
SERVO-DRIVEN INDEXER
- Standard on all models
- Servo Indexer promotes higher production rates while more precisely controlling acceleration and decleration.
- Allows clockwise and counter-clockwise indexing of pallets
- Ball bearing lead screw with a recirculation internal lubrication system
- Half index to right or left
- Maintenance-free, only requiring periodic oil level check
FLASHES
- Anatol offers a full range of infrared and quartz flash cure units.
- Installation/removal is simple and quick--just slide in, switch on air clamps and plug in
- Different mode setting depending on style of flas being used.
- Supports up to four flash units with full control at the machine's main control panel.
- The open construction at the front of the print head will allow some other manufacturers flash units on stands to work in the print heads (all non-Anatol flash units will need to have independent control capabilities).
