Metal Halide Series Exposure Unit: Expose Yourself to Quality
The affordable Metal Halide Series exposure unit is perfect for both manual and automatic screen printing shops. We offer 31" x 40" (79 x 102 cm) and 42" x 60" (106 x 153 cm) models. The units employ a 3kw multi-spectrum metal-halide lamp for the 31" x 40" and twin 3kw multi-spectrum metal-halide lamps for the 42" x 60" models, which produces exposures of extraordinary quality. Glass temperature, power consumption, and environmental heating effects are also reduced with this exposure unit.
The Anatol Metal Halide Series is easy to operate. It features a fully programmable integrator/controller that ensures precise vacuum duration, lamp output, and power consumption. The exposure process—from vacuum draw down to screen exposure and vacuum release—is accomplished with a single keystroke. In addition, the self-contained design keeps the light source and vacuum frame fully enclosed so the lamp cannot be turned on while the blanket frame is open.
