The biggest decision I had to make was going automatic and what press to buy once I decided to move forward in that direction. This was a decision that I did a lot of research on. I attended trade shows and even made field trips to several automatic shops to "kick the tires" (so to speak). After several months of comparisons one company consistently stayed at the top. For me, it came down to what I call “bang for the buck’’. After I compared feature-to-feature, performance-to-performance and price-to-price Anatol stood alone. During the process of selection Anatol was always straight forward and honest with me, something that I cannot say for every manufacturer. Even after the sale, Anatol has continually made the effort to keep in touch. I truly feel like I am genuinely appreciated.
We have operated a Stratus 8/10 with AC heads and a servo indexer since 2005 and have not regretted our purchase for one second. The press has operated flawlessly since day one. It holds perfect registration.
The technical support I have received from Anatol has been amazing. I had a relay go out in my dryer on a Sunday afternoon with a Monday deadline. Anatol's service department talked me through the process of wiring around the relay over the phone. I upped the heat and was back in business in less than an hour. The part was over-nighted without any hassle.
I have always been amazed at the engineering of Anatol products. For those of you considering stepping up to an automatic press I highly recommend Anatol. You can spend more money but you can’t buy a better press.
